Sarah Little is the visionary founder and creative director behind The ReLove Market, a dynamic vintage and lifestyle market established in 2019 with the mission of reshaping the narrative around what it means to shop secondhand. With a passion for sustainability and a keen eye for timeless style, Sarah has built The ReLove Market into a thriving platform that celebrates the charm and individuality of pre-loved fashion.
Sarah’s love of fashion was sparked at an early age, inspired by her stylish Nana and an early introduction to secondhand shopping. As she developed her personal style, she embraced the limitless possibilities fashion offered for self-expression and dressing for any occasion.
Her journey in the fashion industry began with her graduation in 2003 from Fashion Merchandising, followed by travels around the world, where she immersed herself in the industry and gained invaluable experience. While in Australia, she worked as a stylist alongside industry professionals, collaborating on multiple shows during Melbourne Fashion Week. She also held the position of Merchandise Manager for global retailers H&M and Free People, further expanding her expertise across various facets of the fashion world.
It was during her time in fast fashion that the vision for ReLove took shape. Seeing firsthand the effects of mass production and overconsumption, Sarah became driven to raise awareness about the industry's environmental impact while inspiring others to make more conscious, sustainable fashion choices.
After leaving the fast fashion world, Sarah made it her mission to provide actionable solutions that anyone can incorporate into their consumer habits. Under her leadership, The ReLove Market has collaborated with over 300 resellers across Alberta and British Columbia, offering an incredible platform for small businesses to grow and thrive. By providing opportunities for resellers to build a financial and supportive foundation, Sarah has cultivated a vibrant community that champions sustainable fashion choices and supports local entrepreneurs.
In 2025, Sarah expanded her vision by opening The ReLove Vintage Loft—a curated collective of vintage and secondhand resellers, providing a unique shopping experience that celebrates sustainable fashion and timeless style. Bringing together a diverse group of vendors, The ReLove Vintage Loft showcases carefully selected pieces that highlight the charm and individuality of pre-loved fashion. This space not only supports small businesses but also fosters a vibrant community of eco-conscious shoppers and sellers.
Sarah's love for community is at the heart of The ReLove Market's success. She understands the importance of a strong support system, especially when navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship in an uncharted yet highly needed sector of the fashion industry. By fostering meaningful connections and encouraging collaboration, Sarah has created a space where creativity and passion can flourish. Her commitment to building a supportive community continues to inspire others to pursue their dreams and make a positive impact.
